Here at The Metropolitan Tampa, we offer individual housing contracts. An individual housing contract is a per-bed housing contract, meaning residents only sign a contract for their bedrooms and shared spaces in the apartment. This kind of housing contract allows you to live with roommates without worrying about whether or not they’re able to pay.
Our apartments near USF cater to Bulls’ schedules. Our housing contracts last for 12 months, running from August until late July. This way, our housing contracts coincide with the University of South Florida’s academic calendar!
